Arts Tune-Up is a FREE one-day event offering expert advice, consultation and information to individual artists and small budget arts organizations looking to gain insight on a variety of topics ranging from arts education, marketing and publicity, to community and cultural outreach, fundraising and health insurance.
The Tune-Up provides free access to artists and arts administrators at all levels and is designed around an informal round-robin process in which participants visit five expert discussions and topic presentations. Scheduled topics include arts education in-school resources and working in arts education (K-12), community and cultural outreach, fundraising, individual artist resources, intro to public art, marketing, publicity, social media, understanding health insurance and healthcare reform.

This event is part of the Mission Playhouse’s Community Engagement Program.
Arts Tune-Up is open to individual artists, current and future arts practitioners, advocates and supporters at all levels of experience and organization structure.
