Rhapsody! (Free Community Concert!)

The Olympia Philharmonic Society & Cal State University Los Angeles present Rhapsody!, a free community concert, Sunday afternoon, June 9th at 3:00pm.

Conducted by Fung Ho (pictured left), listen to masterful works including Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue (performed by pianist Inna Faliks, UCLA’s Piano Department Chair) and Tchaikovsky’s Variation on a Rococo Theme ( featuring cellist Claire Park, 2018 Grand Prize Winner of the American String Teachers Association, Los Angeles Competition). A new piece composed by CSULA faculty, Dr. Sara Graef, titled Cooling in the Peppermint Wind will also be performed.
