San Gabriel Chinese Opera presents Royal Marriage as a Ruse

San Gabriel Chinese Opera Association was established in 1997 to promote Chinese performing arts and to improve the cultural exchange between the United States and China. Its members are devotees of traditional Chinese (Beijing-Style) Opera who present several performances each year.

Drawing from traditions dating back as far as the 12th Century, San Gabriel Chinese Opera presents a show full of vibrant dance, passionate song, and stunning visuals. Legendary masks, make-up and costumes enhance the beauty and elegance of this highly stylized and popular art form.
