The Mission Play, A California Classic re-imagined

April 5, 2013 @ 8:00 pm

Imagine California before roads and freeways, before pools and malls, a land untamed and uncharted; a land encountered by a band of brothers struggling against all odds to spread their faith far and wide. Based on the true story of Father Junipero Serra’s fight to build missions from San Diego to San Francisco, this remarkable tale first performed over 100 years ago is re-imagined to celebrate the City of San Gabriel’s centennial.

Be part of this amazing vibrant and colorful experience and see history in the making; a story filled with passion, packed with dance and songs celebrating both past and present.

Buy your tickets today! Tickets range from $25-$100. Discounts are available for students, seniors 65+, and groups of 10+, and City of San Gabriel employees! To purchase, click here or call (626) 8MY-SEAT, (626) 869-7328.
